Avoidance sheet

Have a good meal before this appointment. Below is to be followed immediately after the treatment

(Bakers Yeast, Brewers Yeast, Torula Yeast, yogurt, whey, sour cream, candida albican’s yeast infections)
You may not eat or touch

Anything with any sugars, so no processed foods. No fermented foods such as cheese, vinegar, quorn, tofu, stock cubes, gravy or soy sauce. No Alcohol, sweet potato, fruits, tomatoes, beets. No bread, crackers, cakes, biscuits, any sauces. No sexual intercourse.

Foods that can be eaten

Chips, potato, vegetables, vegetable oils, red meats, fish, eggs, chicken, water, coffee, tea (no milk), white rice and pasta (without sauce), green salads, Flat bread (no yeast), fresh corn.

Lunch

Fresh green salad and your choice of meat or fish. Olive oil and salt and green herbs can be used as a dressing.
Chicken and salad wrap. Homemade mayonnaise using egg yolks, olive oil, salt and fresh herbs. Fresh vegetable omelette

Dinner

Baked fish with vegetables and mashed potato (mash in egg or just egg yolks and salt to make the mash creamy)

Pasta, broccoli and salmon
