Have a good meal before this appointment. Below is to be followed immediately after the treatment

(phytomenadione, phytonadione, phylloquinone, menadione)
You may not eat or touch

Kelp, alfalfa and other green plants, soya bean oil, egg yolks, cows milk, liver, yogurt, safflower and soyabean oil, fish liver oil, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and leafy green vegetables.

Foods that can be eaten

Fruit, rice, potato, poultry, meat, animal fat from roast joints or goose fat

Breakfast

Fruit juice

Banana

Fruit salad

Water

Lunch

Roast chicken and rice, use chicken juices to stir into the rice

Roast Lamb or beef, roast potatoes using lard or fat and juices from the roast

Dinner

Banana rice pudding. Substitute the milk for blended banana and water.
