Have a good meal before this appointment. Below is to be followed immediately after the treatment

(trace mineral’s aluminium, antimony, barium, boron, beryllium, bromide, caesium, chlorine, chromium, cobalt, copper, Electron, europium, fluorine, gallium, germanium, gold, iodine, lead, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, mercury mix, neutron, nickel, palladium, rubidium, samarium, scandium, silver, strontium, thallium, thorium, tin, titanium, tungsten, uranium, zinc, zirconium, chromium, lead, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, proton, potassium, selenium, sulfur, strontium, vanadium)
Note: Leave the washing-up to someone else, have a shower before the treatment as you won’t be able to touch tap water from the sink or shower for 25 hours. 5 litre of freshly distilled water will be provided for drinking, cooking and washing hands.
You may not eat or touch

Metals, tap water, Ceramics (watch cups and plates), mineral water, root vegetables like onions, potato, carrot and turnips, water cress. Wear gloves while touching metal surfaces. Metal buttons on clothes, shoes, hand bags, wedding rings and jewellery can be covered with masking tape. Use plastic and glass utensils to cook and eat. Use a pair of gloves during 25 hour period to avoid touching metals.

Foods that can be eaten

Distilled water for washing and drinking, boiled white rice (in distilled water), cooked leafy vegetables, fruits, meats, chicken, turkey, eggs, milk and milk products, salad, bread, coffee and tea.

Chicken in tomato sauce with Pasta

Fish baked in double cream served with rice and broccoli
