Avoidances sheet

To be followed immediately after the treatment

(Egg white, egg yolk, chicken, tetracycline, Ovomucin, lisozyme and feathers)
Note: A good soap for all elimination’s is aqueous cream this can be a soap and a moisturiser suitable for delicate skin.
You may not eat or touch

Birds, feathers, clothes made from feathers, or coats with feather padding. Feather pillows, duvets.

Foods with egg or chicken, breads, crackers, cakes, sweets, cookies, egg white, egg yolk, food fried in batter, mayonnaise and other salad dressings, pancakes, pastries, pies, egg pasta, salad dressing, soups and thick sauces, protein drinks with egg, vitamin and mineral-nutritional drinks. Shampoo, hair conditioner, skin lotions with egg products and some soaps.

Foods that can be eaten

Rice, and other grains, vegetables, herbs, fruits, salad with oil and vinegar dressing, milk products, oils, beef, lamb, pork, fish, tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks and water.

Meal suggestions
Breakfast

Fruit salad with natural yogurt

Cereal with milk

Bacon and sautéed potatoes with grilled tomatoes

Lunch

Salad with an oil and vinegar salad dressing with either cheese, mackerel or red meat

Jacket potato with chilli or cheese

Fish in homemade cheese sauce with mashed potato and vegetables

Dinner

Gammon, chips and peas

Vegetable or meat chilli and rice

Lentil curry and chips

Roast dinner with potatoes and vegetables and gravy (no Yorkshire pudding)

Drinks

Tea and coffee with or without milk (sugar optional). Water, fruit juices, soft drinks.
