You may not eat or touch

Raw or cooked vegetables, beans, eggs, milk and dairy products.

Foods that can be eaten

Grain’s wheat, rice, oats, sugars, starches, potato, banana, breads, meats.

Meal suggestions
Breakfast

Black coffee with or without sugar, orange juice, apple juice.

Banana on toast

Porridge made with water and sugar

Chicken and chips

Lamb, roast potatoes

Ham, chicken, steak or any meat sandwich (no butter on bread, but buy freshly baked crusty bread)
